This place is quite clean with truly wonderful staff, a marvelous location close to a cultural venue, and convenient access to a terrific restaurant, a small supermarket, and other stores nearby.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a laptop-size safe, multi-channel television and a fridge in the room. Location just next door to city center as well as all the attractions, cafes, concerts, shops.

Cool accommodation with particularly good setting near to historic churches, tourist attractions, and the old center. New-fashioned unit in large soundproof closet. Really comfortable stay, as always.

The place was pretty clean overall. Loved the room setup; it had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card – super convenient! 🔑

Got big and fairly quiet room with designer interior decoration as expected, appreciated it. The location was great, minutes away from Market: )

I booked a double room with a TV, a seating area, and a closet space. It was immaculate and bathroom was nice sized here. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from Market Square.

Perfect Stay for Families

We had a wonderful stay at Urban Residences. The spacious and clean apartment provided the perfect home away from home for our family. The location was absolutely perfect, with Maastricht University and all the amenities nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in accommodating our son who is in a wheelchair. They provided a shower chair and showed us an alternative entrance with no stairs. The adjustable beds were a great bonus and made our stay even more comfortable. The well-appointed kitchen had top-of-the-range equipment, although some basic items like a freezer section for ice would have been helpful. our family had a fantastic time and we highly recommend Urban Residences for families visiting Maastricht.

Convenient location in the city center, just a short stroll to downtown 🚶‍♂️ and plenty of restaurants and bars for dining and nightlife.

I had a lovely time at Urban Residences Maastricht. the staff were flexible and accommodating. - the penthouse was beautifully designed with a modern bathroom. - the location was amazing, just a short walk from Market Square, shopping street, and the Christmas market.

The location was super central, right near Vrijthof. There was a market and a grocery store conveniently located next door. The room I booked had a comfy bed, a safe box, television, and a refrigerator. The private bathroom was really nice.

Fantastic suite with modern, spacious design. Very comfortable bed with adjustable features. Perfect location on Vrijthof square. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-furnished with plenty of amenities including a washing machine and dryer. Bikes available for rent. Superb kitchen with high-end appliances. Great base to explore Maastricht.

We had an amazing time at this place. The location is perfect, right at the heart of the city. We didn't need to take a lot of transportation to get around, as restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots were just a stone's throw away. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who made sure we had everything we needed, from the welcome drink to laundry services, to getting tickets for tours. And the room, oh my! It was spacious, cozy, and had all we needed - from the flat-screen TV to the heating, washing machine, and kitchen with cookware and utensils. Everything was so convenient, that we couldn't help but feel at home in our temporary abode.
